Washing Instructions:
Turn Inside Out: Always turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to protect the embroidery.
Use Cold Water: Wash with cold water to prevent shrinking and to maintain the quality of the fabric and embroidery.
Gentle Cycle: Set your washing machine to a gentle or delicate cycle to avoid harsh agitation.
Mild Detergent: Use a mild, non-bleach detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage the embroidery threads.
Hand Washing Option: For extra care, hand-wash the t-shirt in cold water with mild detergent.
Drying Instructions:
Air Dry: Lay the t-shirt flat on a clean towel or hang it to dry in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Avoid Tumble Drying: Do not use a dryer, as high heat can damage the embroidery and shrink the fabric.
Do Not Wring: Gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing the fabric.
Ironing Instructions:
Turn Inside Out: Iron the t-shirt inside out to protect the embroidery.
Low Heat Setting: Set your iron to a low or medium setting suitable for the fabric.
Use a Pressing Cloth: Place a thin, clean cloth over the embroidery to shield it from direct heat.
Avoid Steam: Steam can cause discoloration or loosening of the embroidery threads.
Iron Gently: Use light pressure and avoid prolonged contact with the embroidery area.
Additional Tips:
Store Carefully: Store your t-shirts folded or hung up in a cool, dry place. Avoid stacking heavy items on them to prevent creasing the embroidery.
Spot Cleaning: For small stains, gently dab with a damp cloth and mild detergent instead of washing the entire shirt.
Note: The care label instructions inside the garment pertain to the garment only, not the embroidery. Special care needs to be taken when laundering embroidered garments.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Embroidered Ink customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all our embroidered t-shirts are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
As a made-to-order business, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we are happy to assist in the following cases:
Defective Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet quality standards
As all our products are made-to-order, slight variations in the embroidery or the color will occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique charm of handcrafted goods.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong design, size, or embroidery from what was ordered.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Photos of the item, clearly showing the defect or error.
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for the return or exchange process if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Clearance items or promotional products.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
